You have, you are, you can:

  • A visual master, always looking to push the boundaries of marketing and design with high attention to detail.
  • Passionate and enthusiastic about your craft.
  • A problem-solver with a can-do attitude, and an ability to work to tight deadlines, while balancing several projects at a time.
  • The ability to work alone, and as part of our close-knit Creative Team towards key and collective objectives.
  • A deep understanding of graphic design, typography, and layout.
  • A sound understanding of how to prepare different files for digital and print usage.
  • Show great enthusiasm to learn and offer support to the team.
  • Proficient across the Adobe suite including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • An understanding of HTML and CSS is advantageous.

You'll be responsible for:

  • Working closely with the Art Director, Head of Communications, Designers, and Copywriters to take concepts and develop them across all digital and print campaigns.
  • Ensuring all design work is in line with client and house brand guidelines.
  • Acting as a brand guardian for all client and house projects, ensuring creative output is consistently high across all multi-channel touch points (including HTML emails, eBooks and printed postal campaigns).
  • Managing and filing digital assets – including graphic creations and visual assets from our clients.
  • Maintaining strong composition, illustration, and typographic skills with a beautiful design aesthetic and an eye for detail.
  • Ensuring visual impact in everything you do, using both templated and bespoke layouts.
  • Adapting and exploring different approaches and styles.
  • Forming and nurturing client relationships.
  • Maintaining a culture of collaboration, friendly competition, and fun.
  • Contributing to Sprint Education’s internal marketing strategy and content.

It would be super-good to have:

(although not essential)

  • Experience of working in a fast-paced agency.
  • An existing understanding of email marketing.
  • A strong working knowledge of marketing concepts and processes.
  • Creative writing skills, blog writing experience.
